Dedicated entirely to changing the face of men's health, Movember is now a renowned national charity. The initiative was founded in 2003 when 30 men first started growing their moustaches during November with the simple, driving goal of raising awareness and securing necessary funding for men's wellbeing.
Over the past 22 years, the charity has grown significantly and is now the leading men’s health charity in the UK, focused on tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
Poor mental health remains a serious concern within the construction industry, especially among men. Many face challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by tight deadlines, demanding workloads, and communication issues.
